Alabama High School Softball - Spanish Fort holds off Baldwin County

Spanish Fort Toros (Spanish Fort, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Baldwin County Tigers (Bay Minette, AL), 6-4 in a league challenge.
The Toros now own a 20-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Baker for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 12. Spanish Fort will battle a Hornets squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Bryant (Irvington, AL). The Hornets record now stands at 12-16.
With the loss, Baldwin County falls to 10-10 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Blacksher (Uriah, AL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 12. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 14-9. Blacksher won 10-4 in their recent league challenge against Washington County (Chatom, AL)
