The Midland Mustangs routed the host Clarendon Lions softball squad by a final score of 23-1 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Mustangs (10-9) will now prepare for their battle against Clarendon (Clarendon, AR). The Lions go into the 1A Region 5 battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Clarendon was routed by Augusta (Augusta, AR), 25-11, in a league battle.
