In Tuesday's league contest, the Jefferson Area Falcons (Jefferson, OH) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Conneaut Spartans (Conneaut, OH), by a margin of 15-9.

With the triumph, Jefferson Area moves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Falcons travel to Lakeview (Cortland, OH) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Friday, April 12. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 3-0. Lakeview won 16-3 in their recent league contest against Hubbard (Hubbard, OH)

In their next game, the Spartans play the Edgewood Warriors (Ashtabula, OH) in a Chagrin Valley - Lake contest, on Wednesday, April 10. Conneaut will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Warriors come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 9-5 league loss to Perry (Perry, OH).
