Pendleton Bulldogs (Pendleton, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Crescent Tigers (Iva, SC), 14-11 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Daniel for a AAA Region 1 challenge on Friday, April 12. Pendleton will face a Lions squad coming off a 4-2 league win over Seneca (Seneca, SC). The Lions record now stands at 10-7.

With the loss, Crescent falls to 11-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to West-Oak (Westminster, SC) to face the Warriors in a AAA Region 1 challenge on Friday, April 12. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 8-5. West-Oak lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Pendleton (Pendleton, SC)
