Desert View Jaguars (Tucson, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Nogales Apaches (Nogales, AZ), 15-1 in a league challenge.

The Jaguars now own a 2-12 record. They take the field next when they host Rincon/University for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 10. Desert View will battle a Rangers squad coming off a 20-2 league loss to Marana (Tucson, AZ). The Rangers record now stands at 0-11.

With the loss, Nogales falls to 2-19 on the campaign. The Apaches travel to Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ) to battle the Colts in a 5A Sonoran challenge on Friday, April 12. The Colts enter the challenge with a record of 8-14. Buena lost 11-1 in their recent league challenge against Cienega (Vail, AZ)
