Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Ferguson Falcons (Miami, FL) and the host Southwest Eagles (Miami, FL), witnessed Ferguson's softball squad tip Southwest by a count of 9-5.

The Falcons now sport a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Monarch for a non-league match on Thursday, April 11. Ferguson will meet a Knights squad coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to West Broward (Pembroke Pines, FL). The Knights record now stands at 8-7.

With the loss, Southwest moves to 8-1 on the season. The Eagles host Palmetto (Miami, FL) to meet the Panthers in a non-league match on Monday, April 15. The Panthers go into the match with a record of 6-4.
