Ridgefield Spudders (Ridgefield, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Fort Vancouver Trappers (Vancouver, WA), 18-0 in a league challenge.

The Spudders now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hockinson for a 2A Greater St. Helens challenge on Wednesday, April 10. Ridgefield will face a Hawks squad coming off a 11-1 league win over Washougal (Washougal, WA). The Hawks record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Fort Vancouver falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Trappers host Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA) to face the Hawks in a 2A Greater St. Helens challenge on Friday, April 12. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. Hockinson lost 15-1 in their recent league game against Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA)
