Harvard Ellis Tech Eagles (Killingly, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Grasso Tech Eagles (Groton, CT), 23-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Windham for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 10. Harvard Ellis Tech will face a Whippets squad coming off a 20-5 non-league loss to Bolton (Bolton, CT). The Whippets record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Grasso Tech falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT) to face the Hawks in a Connecticut Tech challenge on Friday, April 12. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 1-1. Vinal RVT won 18-3 in their recent league challenge against Cheney RVT (Manchester, CT)
