The Harper Longhorns softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting San Saba Armadillos to 2 in the Longhorns league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Harper improves its record to 12-12 on the year. The Longhorns travel to Goldthwaite (Goldthwaite, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a 2A Region IV District 28 game on Friday, April 12. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 7-1.

San Saba will attempt to improve on its 0-10 season record. The Pirates come into the game with a 0-11 record after their 15-5 non-league loss to Medina (Medina, TX).
