Havelock Rams (Havelock, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting J.H. Rose Rampants (Greenville, NC), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Rams now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Carteret for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 10. Havelock will battle a Mariners squad coming off a 17-2 league win over Jones (Trenton, NC). The Mariners record now stands at 5-5.

With the loss, J.H. Rose falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Rampants host South Central (Winterville, NC) to battle the Falcons in a Big East 3A/4A challenge on Wednesday, April 10. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 7-4. South Central lost 3-2 in their recent league challenge against D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC)
