The Lumberton Raiders softball team (Lumberton, TX), was routed 11-7 in Tuesday's league test with the visiting Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears (Orange, TX)

Coming up next, the Bears encounter the Jasper Bulldogs (Jasper, TX) in a 4A Region III District 19 test, on Friday, April 12. Little Cypress-Mauriceville will attempt to improve on its 21-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 3-10 record after their 17-15 league loss to Silsbee (Silsbee, TX).

The Raiders (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Bridge City (Bridge City, TX). The Cardinals come into the 4A Region III District 19 test with a 21-10 record. In their last test, Bridge City edged Vidor (Vidor, TX), 12-0, in a league test.
