The Spanaway Lake Sentinels softball team scored 21 runs and limited the host Mount Tahoma T-Birds to 14 in the Sentinels league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Spanaway Lake moves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Sentinels host Federal Way (Federal Way, WA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 10. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 3-4. Federal Way won 19-7 in their recent non-league test against Beamer (Federal Way, WA)
The T-Birds (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Stadium (Tacoma, WA). The Tigers enter the 3A Pierce County test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Stadium was routed by Bonney Lake (Bonney Lake, WA), 11-0, in a league test.
