The Starmount Rams softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host North Stokes Vikings to 6 in the Rams league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Starmount moves its record to 9-6 on the year. The Rams travel to Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC) to play the Granite Bears in a Northwest 1A game on Wednesday, April 10. The Granite Bears come into the game with a record of 1-10. Mount Airy lost 15-0 in their recent league game against East Wilkes (Ronda, NC)

In their next game, the Vikings play the Alleghany Trojans (Sparta, NC) in a Northwest 1A game, on Friday, April 12. North Stokes will attempt to move on its 6-9 season record. The Trojans come into the game with a 1-11 record after their 14-1 non-league loss to North Wilkes (Hays, NC).
