The West Davidson Dragons softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Salisbury Hornets to 0 in the Dragons league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, West Davidson moves its record to 8-5 on the year. The Dragons travel to East Davidson (Thomasville, NC) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a Central Carolina 1A/2A game on Thursday, April 11. The Golden Eagles come into the game with a record of 7-4. East Davidson won 17-0 in their recent league game against South Davidson (Denton, NC)

In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Concord Spiders (Concord, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 10. Salisbury will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Spiders come into the game with a 4-10 record after their 11-1 league loss to South Rowan (China Grove, NC).
