The St. Michael the Archangel Guardians (Lee's Summit, MO) baseball trounced the visiting Barstow Knights (Kansas City, MO), 11-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Guardians now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lafayette County for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 10. St. Michael the Archangel will clash with a Huskers team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Knob Noster (Knob Noster, MO). The Huskers record now stands at 5-4.

With the defeat, Barstow drops to 0-8 on the year. The Knights travel to Cameron (Cameron, MO) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 11. The Dragons go into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Cameron lost 11-1 in their recent league challenge against Maryville (Maryville, MO)
