Virginia High School Baseball - Culpeper County sneaks past Courtland

The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Culpeper County Blue Devils (Culpeper, VA) and the visiting Courtland Cougars (Spotsylvania, VA), saw Culpeper County's baseball team get by Courtland by a tally of 10-9.
The Blue Devils (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC). The Trojans enter the non-league battle with a 13-6 record. In their last battle, Pine Forest was tipped by Overhills (Spring Lake, NC), 4-3, in a league battle.
Next, the Cougars face the Colonial Forge Eagles (Stafford, VA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 14. Courtland will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 7-2 record after their 11-2 non-league win over Gar-Field (Woodbridge, VA).
