The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Cushing Academy Penguins (Ashburnham, MA) and the visiting Worcester Academy Hilltoppers (Worcester, MA), saw Cushing Academy's baseball team gain a win over Worcester Academy by a tally of 9-5.

The Penguins (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Groton School (Groton, MA). The enter the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Groton School was overwhelmed by Roxbury Latin (West Roxbury, MA), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Hilltoppers face the Phillips Exeter Academy Lions (Exeter, NH) in a Central New England battle, on Saturday, April 12. Worcester Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 2-5 record after their 9-3 non-league win over New Hampton School (New Hampton, NH).
