The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Patrick County Cougars (Stuart, VA) and the host Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA), saw Patrick County's baseball team gain a win over Radford by a tally of 11-7.

The Cougars (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Floyd County (Floyd, VA). The Buffaloes enter the Three Rivers battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Floyd County held off Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA), 4-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Bobcats face the Alleghany Cougars (Covington, VA) in a Three Rivers battle, on Friday, April 11. Radford will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 4-4 record after their 17-6 non-league loss to Northside (Roanoke, VA).
