California High School Volleyball - Scripps Ranch can't get by Clairemont

Clairemont Chieftains (San Diego, CA) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Scripps Ranch Falcons (San Diego, CA), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Clairemont advances its record to 17-6 on the season. The Chieftains host Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA) to face the Dons in a City Western test on Friday, April 11. The Dons go into the test with a record of 11-3. Cathedral Catholic won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Del Norte (San Diego, CA)

The Falcons now sport a 16-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Augustine for a City Western test on Friday, April 11. Scripps Ranch will face a Saints squad coming off a 3-0 league win over La Jolla (La Jolla, CA). The Saints record now stands at 13-9.
