North Carolina High School Volleyball - Piedmont bounced by Porter Ridge

April 9, 2025: Monroe, NC 28110

Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Porter Ridge improves its record to 4-7 on the season. The Pirates host Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 6-4. Metrolina Christian Academy lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC)

The Panthers (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Arborbrook Christian Academy (Matthews, NC). The Falcons enter the non-league match with a 0-4 record.
