Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM) supporters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Gallup Bengals (Gallup, NM), 19-8 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Farmington improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Scorpions travel to Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM) to play the Storm in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 16. The Storm enter the game with a record of 0-0.
The Bengals now hold a 0-1 record.
