Fort Defiance Indians (Fort Defiance, VA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Broadway Gobblers (Broadway, VA), 6-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Fort Defiance moves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA) to meet the Cougars in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 4-0.

The Gobblers now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harrisonburg for a non-league test on Monday, April 14. Broadway will meet a Blue Streaks team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 0-1.
