Fans at Wednesday's league test between the Ballantyne Ridge Wolves (Charlotte, NC) and the visiting South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC), witnessed Ballantyne Ridge's lacrosse squad gain a win over South Mecklenburg by a count of 12-9.

The Wolves (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Providence (Charlotte, NC). The Panthers enter the Southwestern/So Meck test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Providence by Hough (Cornelius, NC), 21-6, in a non-league test.

Next, the Sabres battle the Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 23. South Mecklenburg will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record.
