Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the John Paul II Golden Warrriors (Ridgeland, SC) and the host Hilton Head Prep Dolphins (Hilton Head Island, SC), saw John Paul II's soccer squad knock off Hilton Head Prep by a score of 4-1.
The Golden Warrriors (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Porter-Gaud (Charleston, SC). The Cyclones enter the SCISA AAA Region II battle with a 16-1 record.
Next up, the Dolphins confront the Bluffton Bobcats (Bluffton, SC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 21. Hilton Head Prep will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record.
