The Andrew Thunderbolts held off the visiting Lincoln-Way West Warriors lacrosse team by a tally of 5-4 in Wednesday's league game.
Next up, the Thunderbolts play the Oak Forest Bengals (Oak Forest, IL) in a South Suburban game, on Monday, April 14. Andrew will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
The Warriors (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Benet Academy (Lisle, IL). The Redwings come into the non-league game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Benet Academy was tipped by Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL), 13-11, in a non-league game.
