Menlo School Knights (Atherton, CA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory Fightin' Irish (San Francisco, CA), 14-3 in a league game.

With the victory, Menlo School improves its record to 4-7 on the season. The Knights travel to Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA) to play the Pirates in a non-league game on Friday, April 11. The Pirates come into the game with a record of 10-1. Stevenson won 15-7 in their recent league game against Palma (Salinas, CA)

The Fightin' Irish now have a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miramonte for a non-league game on Friday, April 11. Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory will play a Matadors team coming off a 10-8 league win over Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 5-3.
