The Bellevue East Chieftains soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Burke Bulldogs to 0 in the Chieftains non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Chieftains now hold a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Creighton Prep for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 10. Bellevue East will play a Junior Jays squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE). The Junior Jays record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, Burke moves to 2-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Bellevue West (Bellevue, NE) to play the Thunderbirds in a bout on Tuesday, April 15. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Bellevue West lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Bryan (Omaha, NE)
