In Wednesday's league battle, the Holy Spirit Spartans (Absecon, NJ) softball team routed the host Atlantic County Institute of Tech (Mays Landing, NJ), by a margin of 14-1.

The Spartans now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Atlantic City for a non-league battle on Sunday, April 13. Holy Spirit will confront a Vikings team coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to Camden Catholic (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Atlantic County Institute of Tech moves to 4-2 on the season. The travel to Absegami (Galloway, NJ) to confront the Braves in a Cape-Atlantic - National battle on Friday, April 11. The Braves come into the battle with a record of 3-0. Absegami won 16-0 in their recent league battle against Buena (Buena, NJ)
