The Berry Wildcats softball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Lamar County Bulldogs to 3 in the Wildcats non-league win on Wednesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hubbertville for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 10. Berry will encounter a Lions team coming off a 5-4 league loss to Marion County (Guin, AL). The Lions record now stands at 4-10.

With the loss, Lamar County moves to 13-14 on the season. The Bulldogs host Fayette County (Fayette, AL) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 12. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 8-16. Fayette County lost 10-0 in their recent league battle against Curry (Jasper, AL)
