In Wednesday's league test, the Williamsville North Spartans (Williamsville, NY) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Clarence Red Devils (Clarence, NY), by a tally of 8-2.

Next, the Spartans meet the Orchard Park Quakers (Orchard Park, NY) in a Section 6 Erie County I test, on Thursday, April 10. Williamsville North will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Quakers go into the test with a 3-0 record after their 7-4 league win over Lancaster (Lancaster, NY).

The Red Devils (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Frontier (Hamburg, NY). The Falcons go into the Section 6 Erie County I test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Frontier held off West Seneca West (West Seneca, NY), 6-1, in a league test.
