The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the St. Charles Catholic Comets (LaPlace, LA) and the visiting De La Salle Cavalier (New Orleans, LA), observed St. Charles Catholic's softball team prevail over De La Salle by a tally of 10-0.

The Comets (20-7) will now prepare for their bout against Albany (Albany, LA). The Hornets go into the non-league bout with a 14-13 record. In their last bout, Albany was routed by Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA), 4-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cavalier battle the Mandeville Skippers (Mandeville, LA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 11. De La Salle will attempt to advance on its 10-11 season record. The Skippers go into the bout with a 17-7 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Zachary (Zachary, LA).
