The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Horseshoe Bend Generals (New Site, AL) and the visiting Valley Rams (Valley, AL), observed Horseshoe Bend's softball team get by Valley by a tally of 7-0.

Next, the Generals meet the Central of Clay County Volunteers (Lineville, AL) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 14. Horseshoe Bend will attempt to advance on its 19-2 season record. The Volunteers go into the test with a 14-11 record after their 4-3 league loss to Shelby County (Columbiana, AL).

The Rams (7-15) will now prepare for their test against Sylacauga (Sylacauga, AL). The Aggies go into the non-league test with a 9-14 record. In their last test, Sylacauga held off Briarwood Christian (Birmingham, AL), 8-2, in a league test.
