Ohio High School Softball - Piketon gets by Unioto

April 9, 2025: Chillicothe, OH 45601

In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Piketon Redstreaks softball team scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Unioto Shermans.

The Redstreaks (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Westfall (Williamsport, OH). The Mustangs go into the Scioto Valley match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Westfall tipped Paint Valley (Bainbridge, OH), 6-2, in a league match.

In their next game, the Shermans battle the Chillicothe Cavaliers (Chillicothe, OH) in a non-league match, on Thursday, April 10. Unioto will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Cavaliers go into the match with a 7-0 record after their 26-2 league win over Washington (Washington Court House, OH).
