West Virginia High School Softball - St. Joseph Central bested by Sherman

April 9, 2025: Huntington, WV 25701

The Sherman Tide triumphed over the host St. Joseph Central Irish softball squad by a count of 16-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Tide play the Midland Trail Patriots (Hico, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 11. Sherman will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record.

The Irish (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Tolsia (Fort Gay, WV). The Rebels enter the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Tolsia was routed by Tug Valley (Williamson, WV), 13-0, in a non-league challenge.
