Alabama High School Baseball - Verbena loses to Autauga Academy

The Verbena Red Devils baseball squad (Verbena, AL), was overwhelmed 17-5 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Autauga Academy Generals (Prattville, AL)

With the triumph, Autauga Academy moves its record to 5-6 on the season. The Generals travel to Billingsley (Billingsley, AL) to confront the Bears in a non-league contest on Friday, April 10. The Bears come into the contest with a record of 13-6. Billingsley won 10-0 in their recent non-league contest against Dallas County (Plantersville, AL)

The Red Devils now possess a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winterboro for a non-league contest on Friday, April 10. Verbena will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 11-10 league win over Wadley (Wadley, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-9.
