In Thursday's league game, the visiting Jackson Polar Bears baseball team scored a nice 12-3 win over the Perry Panthers.
The Polar Bears (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Mentor (Mentor, OH). The Cardinals go into the non-league game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Mentor was overwhelmed by Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH), 6-5, in a non-league game.
Next, the Panthers play the North Ridgeville Rangers (North Ridgeville, OH) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 11. Perry will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Rangers go into the game with a 3-2 record after their 9-5 non-league win over Keystone (La Grange, OH).
