Texas High School Baseball - Randle wallops Lamar Consolidated

The Randle Lions baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Lamar Consolidated Mustangs to 1 in the Lions league win on Friday.

The Lions now own a 16-11 record. They take the field next when they host Fort Bend Kempner for a 5A Region III District 22 test on Tuesday, April 14. Randle will play a Cougars team coming off a 8-3 league loss to Tomas (Richmond, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 12-13.

With the defeat, Lamar Consolidated drops to 5-20 on the year. The Mustangs host Victoria East (Victoria, TX) to play the Titans in a 5A Region III District 22 test on Tuesday, April 14. The Titans go into the test with a record of 23-3. Victoria East won 16-0 in their recent league test against Fort Bend Marshall (Missouri City, TX)
