The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Ramapo Raiders (Franklin Lakes, NJ) and the host Hackensack Comets (Hackensack, NJ), observed Ramapo's softball team notch a victory over Hackensack by a tally of 16-0.

The Raiders (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Wayne Valley (Wayne, NJ). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, Wayne Valley was routed by Pompton Lakes (Pompton Lakes, NJ), 13-8, in a non-league test.

The Comets (3-5) will now prepare for their test against West Orange (West Orange, NJ). The Mountaineers go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, West Orange was routed by Caldwell (West Caldwell, NJ), 6-1, in a non-league test.
