The Howard Lions baseball team (Ellicott City, MD), was overwhelmed 8-0 in Monday's league outing with the visiting Glenelg Gladiators (Glenelg, MD)
The Gladiators now hold a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Hebron for a Howard County outing on Wednesday, May 3. Glenelg will confront a Vikings team coming off a 9-4 league loss to Reservoir (Fulton, MD). The Vikings record now stands at 6-9.
Next, the Lions confront the River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD) in a Howard County outing, on Wednesday, May 3. Howard will attempt to advance on its 7-8 season record. The Hawks go into the outing with a 15-4 record after their 1-0 league win over Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD).
