In Monday's league game, the host Thornwood Thunderbirds baseball team scored a nice 15-0 victory over the Thornridge Falcons.

The Thunderbirds (13-12) will now prepare for their game against Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL). The Blazing Trojan go into the Southland game with a 9-7 record. In their last game, Bloom ran past Thornton (Harvey, IL), 23-5, in a league game.

The Falcons (1-9) will now prepare for their game against Crete-Monee (Crete, IL). The Warriors go into the Southland game with a 11-6 record. In their last game, Crete-Monee ran past Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL), 7-0, in a league game.
