Archbishop McNicholas Rockets (Cincinnati, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Archbishop Alter Knights (Kettering, OH), 10-9 in a league battle.
The Rockets now have a 3-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cincinnati Country Day for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 4.
In their next game, the Knights clash with the Carroll Patriots (Dayton, OH) in a Region 7 battle, on Wednesday, May 3. Archbishop Alter will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 8-5 record after their 14-12 league win over Bellbrook (Bellbrook, OH).
