In Monday's league test, the host Saint John Paul the Great Catholic Wolves lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-5 victory over the Fredericksburg Christian Eagles.
The Wolves now have a 4-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Collegiate for a Virginia Prep test on Friday, May 5. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic will face a Cougars squad coming off a 17-1 league win over Fork Union Military Academy (Fork Union, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 8-7.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Highland Hawks (Warrenton, VA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 4. Fredericksburg Christian will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 6-1 record after their 21-2 league win over Tandem Friends (Charlottesville, VA).
