In Monday's league test, the host Xavier Falcons lacrosse squad scored a tight 15-13 victory over the Guilford Grizzlies.

The Falcons now have a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hand for a Southern Connecticut test on Thursday, May 4. Xavier will face a Tigers squad coming off a 14-9 league loss to Cheshire (Cheshire, CT). The Tigers record now stands at 8-2.

In their next game, the Grizzlies face the New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 4. Guilford will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Green Wave come into the test with a 9-0 record after their 10-5 league win over Masuk (Monroe, CT).
