The Pirates now sport a 12-7 record. They play next when they host Taylorsville for a 6A Region 2 match on Tuesday, May 2. Cyprus will face a Warriors squad coming off a 14-2 league loss to West (Salt Lake City, UT). The Warriors record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, Kearns moves to 3-13 on the season. The Cougars travel to Hunter (West Valley City, UT) to face the Wolverines in a 6A Region 2 match on Tuesday, May 2. The Wolverines go into the match with a record of 13-9. Hunter lost 19-1 in their recent non-league match against Fremont (Plain City, UT)
