With the triumph, Depew improves its record to 9-0 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Pioneer (Yorkshire, NY) to clash with the Panthers in a Section 6 Erie County III game on Wednesday, May 3. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 1-2. Pioneer lost 18-3 in their recent league game against Lake Shore (Angola, NY)

In their next game, the Flyers clash with the Lake Shore Eagles (Angola, NY) in a Section 6 Erie County III game, on Thursday, May 4. Maryvale will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 7-1 record after their 16-1 non-league win over North Collins (North Collins, NY).
