Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Green Level Gators (Cary, NC), 18-3 in a league challenge.

The Catamounts now own a 14-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cary for a Southwest Wake 4A challenge on Tuesday, May 2. Panther Creek will battle a Imps squad coming off a 16-3 league loss to Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Imps record now stands at 5-14.

With the loss, Green Level falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Green Hope (Cary, NC) to battle the Falcons in a Southwest Wake 4A challenge on Tuesday, May 2. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 5-11. Green Hope lost 11-5 in their recent league challenge against Cary (Cary, NC)
