Lyman Memorial Bulldogs (Lebanon, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Griswold Wolverines (Griswold, CT), 15-2 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they host Ledyard for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 3. Lyman Memorial will battle a Colonels squad coming off a 15-1 league loss to Fitch (Groton, CT). The Colonels record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, Griswold falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Killingly (Killingly, CT) to battle the Redmen in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 5. The Redmen enter the challenge with a record of 7-6. Killingly lost 15-1 in their recent league challenge against Waterford (Waterford, CT)
