The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Hilton Cadets (Hilton, NY) and the visiting Spencerport Rangers (Spencerport, NY), saw Hilton's softball squad achieve victory over Spencerport by a count of 19-4.

The Cadets now sport a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Penfield for a Class AA match on Wednesday, May 3. Hilton will face a Patriots squad coming off a 8-3 league loss to Victor (Victor, NY). The Patriots record now stands at 2-10.

With the loss, Spencerport falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Rangers host Gates Chili (Rochester, NY) to face the Spartans in a Class A match on Tuesday, May 2. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 2-6. Gates Chili lost 17-10 in their recent non-league match against Hilton (Hilton, NY)
