The St. Charles softball team (Waldorf, MD), was routed 21-7 in Monday's non-league test with the host Lackey Chargers (Indian Head, MD)
Coming up next, the Chargers encounter the Huntingtown Hurricanes (Huntingtown, MD) in a Southern Maryland test, on Wednesday, May 3. Lackey will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Hurricanes come into the test with a 14-4 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Churchill (Potomac, MD).
The (3-11) will now prepare for their test against McDonough (Pomfret, MD). The Rams come into the Southern Maryland test with a 7-7 record. In their last test, McDonough overcame Lackey (Indian Head, MD), 10-4, in a league test.
