Northern Lebanon Vikings (Fredericksburg, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Lancaster Catholic Crusaders (Lancaster, PA), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Vikings now own a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pequea Valley for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 2.
With the loss, Lancaster Catholic falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Columbia (Columbia, PA) to battle the Crimson Tide in a Lancaster-Lebanon Section 4 challenge on Tuesday, May 2. The Crimson Tide enter the challenge with a record of 1-7.
